The Quito Project

Hola! My name is Mayah Wheeler and I am currently a freshman at the University of Michigan. As a participant of the Quito Project, this summer I will be traveling to Quito, Ecuador to help students learn English. One of the initatives that we have for this year is to collect donations for dental supplies. These dental supplies include: toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, etc. Good dental hygiene is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Many children do not have access to the necessary dental supplies. All donations are appreciated and will be used to provide dental supplies to children. It is my goal to collect donations before the end of winter semester in April, so that I will be able to buy the supplies before the trip.
