There are an estimated 153 million orphans worldwide, with around 5,700 more children becoming orphans, every day. As the most vulnerable members of society, they often face hunger, disease, exploitation and extreme cycles of poverty they will never break out of.

Last year, I had the opportunity to travel to Pakistan with Human Appeal and meet some of the amazingly resilient people that they help. I spent a lot of time talking to families on the Orphan Sponsorship Program and found out about the circumstances around their sponsorship and what they were able to do with the support.

Whilst we still have these last days of Ramadan, when the reward could be multiplied and in these uncertain times, when we need goodness more than ever, I want to raise money to support even more vulnerable children with Human Appeal.

Just £420 will ensure an orphan is are fed, warm, protected, educated and cared for.
