We all have a fight.

The fight within ourselves. The fight for someone we love. The fight to find a job, rebuild our lives, overcome addiction, or simply make it through another day.

There are battles all around us—and sometimes the hardest ones are the battles we fight within ourselves.

The Fight Within is about preparing ourselves to face those battles by becoming stronger mentally, spiritually, and physically, while learning that we don't have to fight alone.

Right now, I'm fighting my own fight: rebuilding my life after years of addiction.

I'm starting over and taking everything I've learned from my past to build something bigger than myself—a movement where people can come together, share their stories, support one another, and become better prepared for whatever life puts in front of them.

The goal isn't just to survive the fight. It's to become strong enough to win it.
