Help Us Start Over

Aloha, my name is Isabella-Rose, and I’m a stay-at-home mom of two young children. Right now, we’re in a tough place—emotionally, mentally, and financially. I’m in a relationship that has become unhealthy, and while we rely on him for a roof over our heads, the emotional toll is breaking me down as a woman and more importantly, as a mother.

I want to give my children the stability and peace they deserve. But being a stay-at-home mom with no outside support and no reliable income makes it hard. I’ve been doing what I can—reselling clothes online and making about $300 a month—but it’s not enough to get us out. And if I don’t meet certain expectations, I face the threat of being kicked out with no car, no job, and no way to afford child care.

I’m asking for help—any amount, even $1, will bring us closer to starting over. My goal is $8,000 which will go toward:

• Paying off $1,000 in debt that’s holding us back

• Getting a small place to live so my kids have a stable home

• Putting a down payment on a reliable car to get to and from work, kids school & other securities

• Starting funds for child care so I can look for and maintain a stable job

This is not easy to ask. But I’m doing this for my kids. I want them to grow up in a peaceful, safe environment—and I’m determined to give them that. With your kokua (help), I know we can get there.
