This Christmas, while many of us will be celebrating at home with our families, some children will be spending the holidays in hospital receiving cancer treatment.

Their families will be staying at CLIC House Bristol – accommodation near the hospital so they can be close to their child during treatment.

I am a Year 3 student and want to help make Christmas special for these families. Inspired by my school's partnership with Young Lives vs Cancer, I have decided to complete a sponsored swim to raise money for Christmas gifts and essential items for families staying at CLIC House.

**What the money will buy:**

Your donations will purchase gifts and necessities for children aged 0-21 and their families, including:- Toys and games appropriate for different age groups- Christmas treats (selection boxes, biscuits, festive treats)- Essential toiletries (toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, nappies)- Comfort items (pyjamas, socks, hand cream)- Food hamper items (hot chocolate, snacks, drinks)

**Every penny counts** – even small donations help bring comfort and joy to families facing incredibly difficult circumstances this Christmas.
