The Zumbrum Family

The tragic event in Spring Grove, PA on September 17th shocked our community and brought the unconscionable horrifically to life. Three police officers lost their lives in the line of duty. We will forever be grateful to these men for taking action to defend an innocent family and devastated by the loss of their lives.

A family that has been traumatized to the point that security has become elusive and fear is a constant reality. This family did nothing to deserve being stalked and terrorized. What kind of world are we living in when a young woman can't turn down unwanted advances by a man without being harassed and tortured? This family has incurred expenses to repair damages to their home due to the gunfight that occurred and will be taking measures to make their home more secure. While nothing can eradicate their fear beyond their faith in God, hopefully fortifying their home will allow them to sleep at night.
