The Wesley and Madison Fund
Donation protected
Since Lisa Wagman and Paul Martinez lost their sister Michelle Martinez on Jan. 2, they have been trying to put together a new life for Michelle’s twins, 17-year-old Wesley and Madison. Their father died three years ago, so they are now without parents, insurance, money for daily living expenses, and a permanent home. The house in which they had been staying with their mother in Kaycee, Wyoming, is no longer livable.
Lisa, who lives in Oklahoma, and Paul, who resides in New York, have been in Kaycee attempting to get assistance for their niece and nephew, but their resources are limited. The whole family is grieving and exhausted. Wesley and Madison are clinging to what’s left of the only life they have known.
The teenagers are juniors at Kaycee High School and want to remain there until they graduate. The school is graciously allowing the siblings to rent an apartment owned by the school and a school board member and her husband have generously agreed to provide parental support to the siblings until they can enter college. Wesley and Madison must furnish the apartment.
This gofundme has been established to help Wesley and Madison continue living and attending school in Kaycee. All donations will help pay for the mountain of expenses left in the wake of their mother’s death, which include basic necessities for living. The fund also will ease the burden on Lisa and Paul as they desperately try to provide for their niece and nephew.
Any donations are deeply appreciated. The need is urgent. Please feel free to share this on Facebook so we can spread the word. We can show them how much we care through our donations and our prayers.
