(ST SAVIOUR'S): The Upper Room is a charity that has been helping the homeless since 1990. We provide a number of inter-linked services that focus on giving the socially disadvantaged the tools and skills they need to restore their dignity, reduce their risk of homelessness and help them to become economically independent. We work with a broad range of adults with a variety of needs: living in poverty, socially isolated, elderly, substance misuse or mental health issues, offending history and unemployed.
