We’re the bar staff at Upminster Golf Club - also known as the Upminster Mud Queens and in May 2026 we’ll be taking on the Nuclear Mud Run as a team.

That means mud, obstacles, cold water, a lot of grit… and plenty of determination.

We’re doing this challenge together to raise money for both of the Club Captain’s Charities:

CHAPS – supporting men’s health and vital screening services

The Eve Appeal – raising awareness and funding research into gynaecological cancers

As a team made up of Claire, Kelly, Jo, Kate, Kirsty and Gabi, we wanted to take on something that really pushes us, while giving back to two incredible charities that mean a great deal to our club and its members.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support already shown by the club and its community, and every donation, big or small, will help us make a real difference.
