We are reaching out on behalf of our family, Amy & Akira Takahashi. During their most challenging time. Their beloved son, Keisuke is currently in the ICU. Each day is a test of strength and resilience for him and his family, as they navigate through this difficult time.

Keisuke started seizing at home on Friday. He was taken to a local hospital where he continued to seize. He was put on seizure medication however that caused his blood pressure to drop and for him to stop breathing on his own. He was bagged and placed on a ventilator. He needed to be airlifted via helicopter to Children’s Hospital Oakland where he currently is in the ICU undergoing 24 care treatment. He has had multiple chest X-rays as his lungs collapsed, had a CT scan, and many other neurological tests to give the family some answers.

The medical expenses for Keisuke’s care are rapidly accumulating. In these moments of hardship, the power of community can shine a light of hope. We are calling upon your generosity to help alleviate the financial strain on the Takahashi family and ensure Keisuke receives the best care possible.
