The Sweet Hard-Working Sandwich Lady

Hi there, my name is Spencer Mack, and I am a Senior at CSUCI. I have been living on campus for the last four years and during this time I have spent many hours in the Islands Café. My favorite part about the Café is the lovely Mexican lady who makes sandwiches every day. I have gotten to know her very well throughout these last few years and she is such an amazing individual who deserves a vacation more than anyone I know of. I always look forwards to seeing her because she is such a genuine person. She works 6 days a week and I have learned that her favorite activity outside of work is spending time with her grandchildren. I believe that she deserves a break from work to go spend time and do something fun with her family. I will be contributing $40 to start off the donations. When the goal is reached I will be sure to upload a photo/video of the money being distributed to her. I know you all will do right and help me give this sweet lady the vacation she deserves!
