The Soup Socialist. FREE SOUP FOR YOU!!!

I'm a glassblower and homeless advocate in the Cascade mountains in Washington state.

I've been cooking weekly for the homeless and with the help of some very charitable people, supplying the vulnerable in my and surrounding communities with essentials for 6 years now.

I've decided to try to take this outreach to the next level and do this full time.

My plan is to acquire a cheap food trailer and with the help of the local and surrounding food banks make daily meals of soup and sandwiches so that the local homeless can have a daily source of nutrition with the added benefit of being able to keep track of their needs and supply them without having to find them.

The food will also be available to non homeless for a donation of their choosing. They can donate money or a poorly constructed haiku... no one will be turned away.

I've been cooking for 30 years as a hobby and worked in a couple of restaurant kitchens for free to sharpen my skills.
