The Silent Rescue Act was founded in 2026 by Sarah McCann as a bold testimony to the faithfulness, mercy, and redeeming power of God. After surviving two decades of coercive control, violence, sexual and financial abuse, Sarah rose in obedience to the Lord’s voice, escaping her soon to be ex-husband through prayer, discernment, and unwavering trust in God who “is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). What the enemy intended to destroy her, God redeemed for His glory and for the good of others (Genesis 50:20), placing a divine calling on her life to rescue and restore women and children walking the same road of survival. Even while fleeing for her life—stripped, weary, and battling in every way imaginable—Sarah answered God’s call and became a lifeline for countless women and children during the darkest year of her life. Her story stands as undeniable proof that God is a refuge to the oppressed, a deliverer to the captive, and a restorer who brings light, hope, and new life out of the deepest darkness.
