The Shire of Dark Lodge Crossing Food Fight 2023

In the illustrious words of the famous Bard of Faber, Bluto Belushi, “Fooooood Fiiiiiight!!!”

“Oyez, Oyez, Oyez, the local chapter of Amtgard, known as The Shire of Dark Lodge Crossing is participating in a Kingdom-wide competition of generosity and giving. We would like to invite you to assist in this wonderful cause and consider helping raise money to benefit Southeast Alaska Food Bank.”

Any and all donations are appreciated, so please consider filling the coffers, so the Southeast Food Bank cornucopia can overflow onto the plates and bowls of those they serve.

The Food Fight will continue through the entire month of September (Friday, Sept. 1st - Saturday, Sept. 30th) so don't be afraid to come back for seconds.

But, what is The Shire of the Dark Lodge Crossing – Juneau Amtgard Chapter you might be asking? We are a live-action role-playing game (LARP) that focuses on foam fighting in a sword and sorcery setting. The game uses safe, foam-padded replicas of medieval weapons to bring to life the tabletop or video game experience. If you want to donate in the name of a specific member, please list the First Name or Character Name of the member you would like credit recognized.
