The Schroeder Boys' Fund

On March 9th, Doug Schroeder, father of four and husband to Crystal, passed away suddenly at age 41. Doug is Jennifer Glatt's (Accenture Strategy Marketing, Atlanta) younger brother and only sibling. Doug leaves behind four boys: Dylan 12; Nathan 11; Ryker 5; and Landon 4.
The boys and their mom will be relocating to the Chicago area to live with Doug's parents, Brad and Ginny Schroeder, in the summer. Doug was the main breadwinner of the family, though Crystal works full-time.
The goal of this fundraising effort is to establish funds for the boys to use towards their education and their welfare. Contributing to this fund will go a long way to ensure the Schroeder boys have an advantage in their future as they grow up in a new city with new schools and friends.

Douglas Michael Schroeder, 41, of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away unexpectedly on March 9, 2018. Doug was born to Bradley and Ginger Schroeder on August 17, 1976 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Doug moved to Florida shortly after graduation. He married Crystal Morehouse on March 8, 2014. In 2016, they moved their family to Utah to build a new and adventurous life with their children. His family was his greatest joy and his four boys were the center of his world. Doug’s smile could light up a room and he was known for his infectious humor and love of fun. Doug was passionate about sports and even coached his son’s baseball team.
Doug is survived by his wife Crystal; his four sons, Dylan, Nathan, Ryker, and Landon; his parents, Bradley and Ginger Schroeder; his sister Jennifer and her husband, David; and his many uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
