Hello, my name is Kristi Withers, I am fundraising for the family of Joe Rutkowski. Recently this loving family unexpectedly lost a devoted and caring father and husband. Joe was a hard worker and his loss weighs heavily on his family. Joe was a loving husband to Carrie Rutkowski and a devoted father to 3 growing boys.
