The Rogers Family Adoption Journey

It’s finally time for the Rogers family to expand!!

We are working with an adoption agency to help match us with a birth mother with the expectation of adoption! As many people know, we are foster parents and intend to help other families in their reunification process while helping kiddos to know that they are loved and supported. What people may not know is that we tried for about a year to conceive with a donor and were unsuccessful. We are so lucky and blessed to have Shiloh as our kiddo and she is so excited and longing to be a big sister; so, naturally, wanting to expand our family, we landed on adoption.

We both have family members that are adopted, and both have dreamed of adopting a child since we were kids ourselves. Unfortunately, adoption is something that is expensive and continues to get more expensive each day. In all this is going to be about a $50,000 process due to agency fees, travel fees, lawyer fees, and birth mother assistance/medical fees. We know this is a decision we have made and are not asking anyone to feel pressured to give, but if you feel you want to, or just share the link with someone we appreciate it! Every thought and prayer, good vibes and love that we have received and continue to receive are so amazing and we are so grateful.
