The Re-Write It Project

Our mission at the Re-Write It Project is to reduce the disparities between different communities across Chicago by distributing educational resources, school supplies, and art materials to underserved institutions. With the onset of COVID-19 and the need for distance learning, many students do not have the necessary home-access to materials needed in order to reach their fullest potential. Through generous donations, the support of our community, and assistance from our volunteers, we refurbish used supplies not only to help our youth but also to reduce waste. We want to empower those across Chicago communities to strive towards educational equity within our youth systems. With the help of your donations, we will be able to fund our donation stations, purchase materials to assist the refurbishing process, and buy other items institutions are in need of.  Our project is made possible through your kind donations and appreciated involvement.
