Hey, The Revolution Gym here!

With so many devasting and heart breaking stories around cardiac arrest within the fitness industry, and too many young lives being taken so young; we have decided to minimise the risk of anything like this happening within our facility. Currently our closest defibrillator is too far away in the event of an emergency, so we would like to purchase one ourselves, with the help of our wonderful community.

Our aim is to be able to purchase an indoor defibrillator for our use, an extra bonus would be to purchase an outdoor cabinet which would not only benefit us but the entire industrial estate too!

On the 17th May we will be holding a 12 hour "ergathon" where we will have two erg machines running continuously between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

For those that which to take it a step further and get into the competitive spirit, we will also be holding a competition throughout the morning. Please speak to a member of the Revolution gym for details on booking.

Entries will be £20pp and of course, this will all go towards our fundraiser.
