Hi , I’m Savannah Reno and today around 6 or 7 am a fire started in my childhood home. No one was awake and no one new what was going on. My nephew woke my mom and as she was coming too she started to smell something burning. She went upstairs to wake my kid sister telling her to get out of the house that something was burning. Little did she know that she walked right past the fire hidden behind my sisters bathroom door. When my sister got up she went to open her bathroom seeing how it was covered in flames and smoke she ran to tell my mom. My mom attempted to put the fire out but it had gotten to large for her to handle My mother ,sister , nephew and dog got out of the house and called 911 during this process the fire grew destroying many of my sisters things. The fire department arrived and put the fire out when doing this a lot of things also got destroyed by the water. My sisters 16 years old and her teenage girl room had been ruined. Anything helps ! They are unable to live in the home at this time. We’re hoping to get them home soon but it will take a village to get our home back in livable conditions
