Kim and Grant gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Jesse Pax, on May 30th. He was only 25 weeks and unfortunately, he had a tough road ahead. Little Jesse passed away yesterday, just shy of one week old. We want to help Kim and Grant in some small way, as there will definitely be some medical expenses and funeral costs ahead for them.
