My name is George, I am one of the directors of The Reeva Programme CIC, and I was wondering if you would like to assist in our veteran’s support programme.

The goal of our programme is to improve quality of life and help military and emergency service Veterans lead independent lives by training assistance dogs in task specific skills relevant to each of the veterans needs to allow them to mix in the community and to get out and re-join the world, after battling with Mental health and Physical disabilities.

The Reeva Programme will provide, trained assistance dogs, a veteran’s allotment,memorial garden and veterans clubs.

we aim to work alongside other groups and the community.

This Programme was in visioned by myself, As a veteran suffering from PTSD and survivors guilt, I had a PTSD service dog called Reeva and she saved my life more times than I can count, allowed me to go to places and not have a panic attack and interact with the local community. I want the same for other veterans in the area. In addition, I know that being outdoors and growing plants and veg is a relaxing experience and can help with mental health. Our veterans groups will use talking therapy to help.
