Hi, my name is Sandy and I am the head coach at Jolly Sailor S & C. Each year on my birthday our gym has a charity day, this year is my 55th !

So on 31 Oct 2025 I will be attempting to run for 24 hrs. 0800-0800.

Lots of our gym members will be setting their own personal challenge.
