Mission Accomplished?

The Orillia Skateparkers have officially hit a major milestone: after a dedicated petitioning effort, the City has greenlit the funding for a brand-new skatepark! This win is a massive testament to the power of community advocacy and the passion of Orillia’s skate scene.

While the city is on board, the work is far from over. We have already raised an impressive $40,000, but we are determined to meet our $100,000 commitment to ensure the new park is a world-class facility.

What’s Next?

To bridge that $60,000 gap, our team is gearing up for a high-energy lineup of fundraisers throughout 2026. We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated, signed the petition, sponsored events or cheered us on so far.

Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events—help us to cross the finish line and build a concrete legacy for Orillia!
