My name is Jimmy Vincent and I am the Chairman of "The Officer House Foundation". Our Foundation is a Non-profit 501c3 entity which is raising funds for the restoration, preservation and maintenance of this highly historical home near Monterey Tennessee. The home was built in 1838 by the Alexander Officer family. The history that this place has been through is one of the most significant places for miles within its location. It has been through Civil War battles and structurally survived in it's own rights, yet many men were killed within the walls of this historical home. We, as a Foundation, need your help to keep this history alive, teach the actual story of this family along with the real events that took place inside this home.
