Campaign Update: After not being able to make contact with Nick Shirley or his team. My Plan Is To Move Forward Addressing Possible Fraud in Local Communities

I want to share a clear plan for how I intend to move forward in addressing growing concerns about potential fraud affecting several local communities after my initial plans for this fund were not possible. Based on early observations and input, I will be focusing my efforts on New Bedford, Fall River, and Wareham, Massachusetts.

This campaign is intended to help me build the resources necessary to properly investigate, document, and address these concerns in a structured, responsible, and compliant way.

How I Plan to Use Funds

With your support, I plan to:

- Initiate structured investigations into reported fraud concerns

- Work with legal professionals and compliance experts to ensure all actions are responsible and effective

- Develop secure systems for documenting and reporting findings

- Conduct outreach to inform and protect community members

- Cover administrative, legal, and operational costs associated with this effort

My initial focus will be:

- New Bedford, MA

- Fall River, MA

- Wareham, MA

I will continue to evaluate additional areas as more information becomes available.

Projected Timeline

- Phase 1 (0–30 days): Organize resources, establish partnerships, and begin gathering initial reports

- Phase 2 (1–3 months): Conduct deeper reviews, consult with legal and regulatory professionals, and expand outreach

- Phase 3 (3–6 months): Build formal reporting processes and prepare findings for appropriate channels

- Phase 4 (6+ months): Continue monitoring, expand efforts if needed, and support long-term accountability

My goal is to take a careful, responsible approach to addressing serious concerns while ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance every step of the way.
