Hello, my name is Brett, and I am six years old. I need your help to raise $10,123 and SURPRISE THE GOLISANO PICU TEAM with a scholarship called the Nautilus Note, created in their honor. 50% of the children who go to Golisano Children's are uninsured or underinsured. I want to make an impact by helping other children to thrive like me in their outpatient recovery who may need financial assistance in obtaining specialized outpatient treatment, services and equipment.

Every dollar raised will collectively be donated to Lee Foundation (Golisano's philanthropic arm) in honor of the PICU team to create the scholarship. We want to surprise the PICU team ahead of Thanksgiving as a thank-you for their dedication. My story...
Early this year, I was rushed to Golisano Children's in complete septic shock and respiratory failure. I underwent six (6) emergency surgeries, spent 75 days in the PICU and celebrated my 6th birthday, intubated and paralyzed. The PICU team saved my life. Today, I am growing stronger each day through access to holistic and integrated rehabilitation outpatient therapies. I want other children to have a chance to have access to these therapies and equipment. To have a brighter tomorrow!

- $80 - honor the eight (8) advanced providers that took care of me on the floor
- $89 - my last surgical date
- $100 - honor the ten (10) PICU staff that lost everything due to Hurricane Ian
