MS Mondays, Blurton, Stoke on Trent

Hello, my name is Emma, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2012. I have relapse, remitting MS, which affects my balance and thus my mobility

I plan to work my way up to being able to walk around Westport lake bit by bit in the next few months to raise money for the MS group, Blurton, whom have helped me lots throughout the years (link to donate to follow at a later date). Check out the group here: https://msmondays.org.uk/

It is 1.25 miles around the lake, this is described as 'a lovely short walk' on the google search I just did, but believe me, this is like a marathon when you struggle to walk and rely on a wheelchair most of your life like myself.

I plan, with the help of my lovely best friend, Sarah Buxton, to go each week to get some strength back in my legs to be able to do the whole way around in one day in the next few months, albeit having pit stops along the way.
