The McMullin Family

Yesterday, our dear friends gave birth to their sweet baby girl after finding out she had passed away on Thursday at 37 weeks. We cannot begin to imagine their grief, but are so amazed by their strength and faith through it all. Unfortunately, earlier in the week they also received the news that their car’s transmission went out and they would need to replace it. As a fellow full-time student family,   they need some assistance taking care of some of their financial burdens this week. We are hoping to raise enough money to replace the engine in their car so they can set aside that worry and focus on their beautiful family.




Here are Kaity’s words about her loss. They perfectly sum up the type of people Kaity and Mitchell are:




“Our beautiful baby Lily Diane McMullin was born today 8 pounds 1 ounce. She passed away Thursday and today we were able to have the gift of holding her in our arms. She is perfect in every way. My mother heart is so sad that I can’t continue to nurture and care for her sweet body. However, spiritually I rejoice knowing she will feel no pain or hardship. We are feeling all the love and peace tonight from everyone ❤️ I believe in Christ and his atonement so today was not goodbye just see you again. We love you Lily ❤️ Thank you for all the prayers!”
