Many of you drive through the Village of Worth on 115 Street. As you pass through, you often would pass this tool truck. This past week, we lost a neighbor in a tragic accident in front of his home. Doug Richer operated his own route. He was a neighbor willing to help and stop by for a good old chat. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he leaves behind his wife Jamie and son Noah.
