I am embarrassed to ask, but I don't know how I can continue... in the short 7 months Frankie has been alive, it has been a struggle. She was born in Orange County, CA. Shortly after her birth her father and I decided it would be better to raise her in Ohio where I have a support system in place rather than alone in CA where I don't and he worked all the time.  He bought me a plane ticket and we arranged for the move when Frankie was 6 weeks. A week before I was to depart, I was served with legally binding paperwork restraining me from leaving without permission. Permission was based off signing an agreement that was not in our daughters best interest. I wouldn't sign it so I was notified I would legally be charged with kidnapping if I left. At this point I had no other choice than to hire an attorney. The court granted permission for me and Frankie to relocate. Since then it has been a never ending story of more issues and drama then I care to mention here.  

Being  involved with unnecessary court proceedings have done little but exhaust me financially. I am now over $20,000 in debt and continue to have additional lawyer fees growing by the day. I just received a new bill for $7000 this week and am not sure how I will be able to pay it. 

This madness should be over soon with what I hope is our final court hearing (at least for awhile) on May 24th. Hoping and praying that life goes on and we can leave this all in the past when it's all said and done.

I'm not really sure how I got myself in this big of a pickle, but I need help. To keep my daughter happy and secure, and to keep myself sane.
