The Kennedy Adoption Fundraiser

First, we want to give you a big hello and thank you for even just clicking on this fundraising page! - It takes a village!- As some of you may know, Cody and I have wanted to start a family for many years. Over time, we discovered that was not going to happen on our own. After taking some time to talk to doctors, connecting with friends/family/strangers about their stories, and reflecting on our own, we know our hearts have been called to adoption.

Adoption is such a blessing, but as some have experienced, it comes with its own set of challenges, one of those being cost. The average adoption in the United States can vary anywhere from $20,000-50,000. These costs come from legal fees, the home study, adoption agency fees, birth mother expenses, etc. And unfortunately, there is generally little or no financial assistance or support for adoptive parents.

By supporting us through donations, you are not only making our dreams come true of having a family, but you are finding a loving home for a beautiful little girl or boy! But just know, your support, connection and love are other ways you can support us through this process. Adoption can feel like a lonely, stressful, and confusing road, but having our friends and family by our side is truly all we need in the end.
