I am starting this Go Fund me to raise money for my sister, Kalene Spencer. Kalene is an adult with developmental limitations who was living with our mother Janis Payne until mom passed away a little over a month ago. With mom's passing, Kalene no longer has her primary caregiver who has so lovingly cared for her all these years. My brother JD and I are working with all of the State and Federal agencies to get Kalene the support she needs to live a happy and productive life, but with mom's passing, Kalene's primary source of financial support has disappeared. The purpose of this Go Fund Me is to give Kalene a little monetary runway as life pushes her into a more autonomous role. Any support, big or small would be appreciated.
