Creating a Home of Dignity and Comfort

Dear Friends,

I’m reaching out to invite you to join me in a project that is deeply close to my heart — The Jubilee Project. This effort is dedicated to transforming an adult residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities into a warm, welcoming, and dignified space they can truly call home.

Many of the residents here have little to no family support. Their home, though filled with care and compassion from the dedicated staff who serve around the clock, is in great need of renewal. Much of the furniture has been passed down over the years — mismatched, worn, and simply the bare minimum.

Our goal is to create an environment that reflects the value and worth of every person who lives and works there. To do that, we’re raising $7,500 to fund the following improvements:

• Fresh paint and décor in the community living area

• A more functional bathroom sink and cabinet setup

• New bedroom furniture for two residents

• A dining table and chairs for shared meals

• Comfortable, accessible living room furniture

• Closet shelving and storage for essential medical supplies

• A new desk and chair for staff to maintain patient charts

Every contribution — whether financial or through donated goods — brings us closer to creating a beautiful, nurturing environment that supports both residents and caregivers.
