There’s always room in our family and room in our hearts! 

With a step of faith, we believe God is leading our family to grow again through adoption. We are excited to announce that in early August we began the adoption process and we have been officially matched with our daughter. The Lord has brought peace, hope, unity and confirmation with each step forward. At this time, to honor the process and country, we are limited on what we can share online.   

To begin the adoption process, the initial cost is between $5,000-$17,000 within the first 6 months. Upon completion of the adoption, the overall cost will be $35,000+. Those numbers can easily be discouraging or feel impossible. However, we know that with God nothing is impossible, and while the fear tries to creep in, our family has seen many moments where God made the impossible POSSIBLE in our lives!

This GoFundMe will primarily be used for our Puzzle Fundraiser (more information below), as well as updates along our adoption journey. 

If you aren't familiar with who we are, here's a quick summary of our story as a family. We are the Jaegers: Lucas, Ashley, Carson (8), Kensi (7) and Avin (5). We have been married for 13 years. We conceived on our wedding night but sadly lost our daughter at 36 weeks. A few months later, we became pregnant again with twin daughters.  We also experienced loss when they were born at 20 weeks. After loosing three biological children in 8 months (2009), we took a season of rest and prayer for how to grow our family. Years later, God opened our hearts to adoption and we began the process of adopting from Ethiopia in 2012. While we waited to be matched with a child, God surprised and blessed us with a baby boy from Yakima. We adopted Carson a little less than a month after he was born. Shortly after Carson was born, we became pregnant with Kensington. While our pregnancy resulted in a live birth, Ashley experienced medical complications and we decided that we would grow our family through adoption. In February 2017, we began the process of adopting Avin from China and brought him home before the end of that year. We are excited to be growing as a family by adopting again.
