The Jackson Siblings ~ Love & Loss

My name is Stacy McLin. I am starting a Go Fund Me campaign for a family that is very near and dear to my heart. They have suffered unimaginable loss in the last six months, and they need our help. The Jackson family have been friends of ours since our oldest kids were in kindergarten; they’re now 24. We have done “life” together and shared so many wonderful experiences. We love each other’s children as our own. Tragically, their dad, David Jackson, died in September 2022. Last Sunday, April 2nd we received the news that Kym, their mom, had passed away in her sleep. Both parents are now gone; they were 47 and 52 respectively. The kids are Madyson 17, Kambrya 18, Dylan 20 and Ryan 24. Their grandma Rosemary, who lives with them, has been their rock their entire lives. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy for bladder cancer.

The boys are in the Navy and the younger two siblings are both in school; Madyson is in High School and Kami is at UNR. They are now responsible for all living expenses which include a rental house (where Grandma, Madi and Kym lived). With the boys being stationed out of state, managing all this will be close to impossible without outside help.

Our goal is to raise enough funds to get them through the next six months until probate is settled. Please pray for these amazing young people. Their lives have been turned upside down. Their parents have left them with family and friends that love them and will take care of them emotionally and spiritually, but they will need interim help financially. All funds will go into a designated account that will specifically go to living expenses as deemed necessary by the family advisors.

Services for Kym Jackson will be held on Sunday, April 16th at 6pm at Outlook Church, 3697 Kings Row, Suite D, Reno NV.
