The Ireland Way, 40 DAYS, 14 COUNTIES & 1,000 KM

In April 2024 I'll be taking on the Ireland Way. The Ireland Way is an epic adventure thru hiking trail that spans 1,000 + kilometres (620 miles) across the entire island of Ireland.

The trail begins in west Castletownbere, Cork and winds its way through diverse landscapes, including mountain ranges, woodlands, farmlands, bog lands, coasts, and rivers. It connects the Beara Peninsula in County Cork (Republic of Ireland) to Ballycastle in County Antrim (Northern Ireland), I will be completing the entire Ireland Way, which typically takes around 40 days on foot in aid of the Peter McVerry Trust.
