At Purple Patch Consulting, we are excited to introduce our groundbreaking social initiative, The Inpossible Project. This Australian-first employment and upskilling movement is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups, revolutionising their professional landscape.
The Inpossible Project is designed to foster independence and self-reliance through two transformative stages. Stage 1, Swagger, focuses on employment training and upskilling, providing participants with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in the workplace. We utilise cutting-edge tools like OPTO Assessments and WYWM for unbiased insights into strengths and growth areas. Participants are trained to help and support one another, breaking down barriers and creating a supportive community where everyone can stand on their own two feet.
Stage 2, Entrepreneur Bootcamp, is tailored for those who aspire to create their own businesses. We guide and support these entrepreneurs, helping them to build their enterprises and navigate the challenges of business ownership. Both stages are centered on capacity building, giving participants the choice and control over their futures.
Our initiative nurtures innovation, personal growth, and opportunity awareness. We aim to cultivate a resilient mindset that views failure as a stepping stone to success and to improve imperfections along the way. Through The Inpossible Project, we strive for workplace equality by providing opportunities that enable individuals to harness their strengths and thrive in their chosen fields.
