We are coming together to show our love and support for our friend Cari, her sweet husband Griffin, their young daughter Maddie, and in memory of their daughter Taylor.

Cari was in a terrible car accident in which she sustained multiple fractures in her wrist, in both ankles and in her hip. She is unable to stand or walk, and will require multiple surgeries and healing to get back on her feet.

Beyond her injuries, and most heart wrenching of all, Cari was also 32 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident. Their daughter was delivered in an emergency C section, and though she fought hard, she ultimately passed away.

We’re gathering here in hopes to help hold space for our friend’s grief, and to lend a hand in a meaningful way as the Huggard family moves through this unimaginable sadness and difficult time ahead.
