We are Lisa and Prathap, a husband and wife on a mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our loved ones living in India. We are reaching out with a heartfelt plea for support in a cause that is deeply personal to us.

We have witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by two deserving families whose homes are no longer safe or adequate. Our goal is to provide them with simple, stable, and secure housing—a basic necessity that many of us take for granted.

The Families We Aim to Help:

The Varadhan Family: Our parents and brother, whose home has become a community gathering spot despite its deteriorating condition. With crumbling concrete, exposed iron rods, and severe water damage, the structure is at risk of collapse, posing a serious threat to their safety.

The Saravanan Family: Our dear friends, a family of five, currently cramped in a tiny rented space meant for a fraction of their size. Despite their hardships, they have persevered, working tirelessly to provide for their children and build a stable future.

Our Mission and Your Role:

We aim to raise $60,000 USD to build both homes, with $30,000 allocated to each project site. The urgency is clear, especially with the impending rainy season exacerbating the families' living conditions. Every dollar donated will go directly towards construction materials and labor costs, ensuring that these homes are built swiftly and securely.
