HELP KEEP MT. LEBANON RESIDENTIAL
Donation protected
Mt. Lebanon Friends and Neighbors,
Please help your Hoodridge neighbors build a team to fight the proposed development at Connor Rd. and Terrace Dr.
A developer plans to construct a 45,000 sq ft, three story building with adjacent parking lot at Connor Rd and Terrace Dr. All access to and from the the facility will be via Terrace Dr.
The Mt. Lebanon Zoning Board has already granted a variance to the developer to change the acreage requirements for a Continuing Care Facility. The developers are now asking the Planning Board to recommend to the commissioners a variance from R-1 Single Family Residential to a Continuing Care Overlay. Please help us keep our neighborhood RESIDENTIAL.
Your house may not be adjacent to this property, but all Mt. Lebanon neighbors would be affected.
INCREASED VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
INCREASED GLARE AND NOISE
VIOLATED WETLANDS
Please consider a contribution to our fund, so we can build a team and fight the construction of this facility in our residential neighborhood.
If any funds remain after our pursuits, the Mt. Lebanon Conservancy will receive a contribution.
THANK YOU!
