Hello everyone! Meghan and Jacob welcomed their twin baby girls into the world on Feb. 1, 2022.

Due to the emergency delivery, Meghan was flown by Medivac from her local hospital to UNC Children's for the birth. The girls were born at only 30 weeks and weighed just a little over 3 pounds at birth. The babies are doing well, but will be in the NICU until they are at least 6 or 7 weeks old. The money from this fundraiser will be used for medical expenses not covered by insurance and travel/hotel /food expenses. The hospital is about an hour and a half from Meghan and Jacob's home, so hotel, gas, and food expenses add up quickly. No donation is too small, and Jacob and Meghan greatly appreciate any help you can give as they begin their life as a family of four.
