This holiday season, Veronique Fleury and Hayley Thompson have teamed up with SafeNest to ask you to please help us share the gift of giving by creating the Holiday Cheer Box. Our goal is to donate a box to every single woman in the SafeNest program. If we are blessed with extra donations, we will gladly distribute to other local shelters.
These boxes will act as a powerful reminder to local women that they are not alone; someone in their community is thinking of them.
The cost of putting together a box is $50. This includes many items these women need or want as well as a few extras to make them feel extra special during a particularly hard time in their life.
Any amount helps, so your contribution will still make a difference if you can't sponsor a whole box. Please donate what you can to help give some warm fuzzies to those in need in our community.
To ensure gifts are delivered and wrapped in time for the holidays, the deadline is December 16, 2020.
If you would rather help by wrapping and filling your own boxes to donate, please visit one of our social media's (see down below) for more information about what to fill them with and where to drop them off.
