Hi, my name is Karen Hepner and I’m raising funds to help Amy, Chris, Cody, and Mason recover from a devastating house fire.

On November 9, a fire started in the kitchen. Thankfully, no one was home but the three doggies. Yes, two of the dogs passed away during the disaster.

The fire was contained to the kitchen for the most part, but smoke damage reached every part of the house. Soot everywhere, holes in the ceiling, no power, water or anything.

UPDATE: The family is in a rental home and making ends meet. Now the holidays are here and the kids are missing their home. We are grateful for everyone who has donated and given prayers. The support has really been uplifting and has made all the difference.

It’s heartbreaking being displaced from your home with all your belongings destroyed.

This is a sweet family that works hard, volunteers, and takes care of everyone else. It’s incredible the personal loss this family has endured the last several years.
