The Haven Wolverhampton Women's and children's refuge

Join us in making a difference. We are raising money in honour of my Mom ( Donna Saville) for THE HAVEN WOLVERHAMPTON WOMENS AND CHILDRENS REFUGE. My mom was a kind, compassionate and loving person who would do anything to help anyone in need. Despite going through her own struggles and person battles daily, she would always put everyone else first to ensure they were ok and happy. Growing up seeing how this brought her fulfilment and happiness was very inspiring and is the reason we are doing this in her memory.

We are doing a 10k Wolf run, Leamington spa on the (13th of April) in memory of her and would like to raise money for a cause in her name and one in which we feel she would love to help.

Thank you in advance for any contribution to this cause, it will be greatly appreciated and any donation will go a long way for the next generation of kids within in the city and will help give them the best possible chance of normality growing into adulthood.

The Haven Wolverhampton supports women and their children who are at risk of abuse and homelessness. They provide both practical and emotional support services to women and children. The Haven offer children life skills through activities in a safe, happy environment, encouraging them to express themselves through Sport, Dance, Baking, Arts & Crafts, Reading, Music and much more.

All of the above gives them the opportunity to celebrate there strengths, lift themselves and others and is a reminder that they are valuable and capable. The Haven are committed to neutering young children, with kindness, compassion and ensuring they feel safe and empowered.

Our aim is to raise as much money as possible to help the children within the refuge continue to grow and progress, learning life skills and building there confidence in a safe, happy environment which will enable them the best opportunities going into adult life.
