The Haven Team - Grimsby

Through the Care Plus Group Charitable Trust, I would like to fundraise for the Haven Team based at St Andrews Hospice, Grimsby.

The Haven Team became a big part of Chris's final weeks, allowing his wish of staying at home. Their hands-on care, emotional support, dignity and compassion given to Chris and myself by the care staff during this difficult time was simply amazing. They are all angels and unsung heros and deserve more recognition for the unselfish part they play throughout our community.
