The Guy In The Red Hat Needs A New Ride

We're Lydz and Tisha, raising funds to get our AIM brother Sam back to the streets!

Sam Escobar, also known as The Guy in the Red Hat, is a member of the AIM Socal, a community activist, and a family man.

This donation puts Sam back in a vehicle to get him back out to be of service to the people.

Sam Escobar has dedicated his life to serving others, whether supporting unhoused relatives, organizing protests, or always being the first to lend a helping hand: Sam’s generosity has touched so many lives, and now Sam needs our help.

Recently, Sam's car was hit, making it undrivable, and now it is difficult for him to continue his community work and even get to work. Sam takes a 1.5-hour drive to and from work. Without reliable transportation, he's struggling to meet the needs of those who depend on them.

As a community, we are coming together to raise funds for a dependable vehicle so Sam can continue his incredible work without worry. Every dollar donated will go directly toward purchasing a reliable car that will allow Sam to keep making a difference in the lives of so many people. Sam has given so much to our community, and now it’s our turn to give back!
