Lolly's 40 for SOSAD – Shaving the Years to Save Lives

Story:

In January I’m turning 40. Instead of a party or presents, I’m picking up the clippers — and shaving off all my hair.

Why? Because I'm choosing to shed my locks for a cause that’s close to my heart: mental health. SOSAD (Save Our Sons and Daughters) is an incredible charity supporting people struggling with mental health and suicide in Ireland.

Every strand I lose represents strength — the strength to talk, to ask for help, to support others, and to remind people they are never alone.

So I ask: will you help me turn this birthday into a bold stand?
