We are so pleased to tell you that we are planning another Mission trip to Ghana. We have nearly finalised the team, as we have so much work to do. It is such an exciting time. This year is a little different as we move under the comMission:

  • We are comMISSIONED to carry out comPASSION in social and comUNITY action.
  • Visiting and serving the forgotten
  • Supporting the children in the orphanages (we hope to visit 2-3 this time).
  • Serving food and supplies from M2C Resource Centre - Ghana
  • Responding to the COMMISSION to run a family conference entitled "A New Thing - unexpected blessings in unusual places" Isaiah 43:19-21

We had such a successful Mission in 2023 because of the great support that we received from our M2C village. We were able to lay some fantastic foundations that we worked on throughout 2024 and now we need to continue the great work.

My 2nd Chance now has a Resource Centre in Ghana that we will officially open after we set up the various training rooms. (further

During this trip we will be feeding the community, we will spending time at orphanages. Impacting the children and people that are forgotten is the passion of M2C's heart and those that have responded to this comMission with a yes!!

We cannot express how much your help keeps making a difference, when I look at the great things that have been accomplished since the first visit in 2016 this makes my heart so glad.

So, why not help us, to keep making a difference, impacting lives, and releasing untapped potential?

Since last year we have homed a mother and her daughters, within the Resource Centre, Rebecca is an incredible dressmaker and has taught her daughters the craft. We have now established My 2nd Chance - Fashion House on-site and in time we would like to train others to sew so they can make a living for themselves.

We need your help to support the work that we will be doing, we plan to distribute food and clothes from the centre during our time there but also set up systems so that it can continue when we return.

We will be running the Navigating Trauma programme on-site as well as other training programmes: from leadership training to computer training courses. I wrote the vision and made it clear, now I am seeing the evidence.

There is quite a bit more to do in the resource centre, we need to sort out the fans and air conditioning, put up our signage and then officially open the space for the use of the community.

This is where it all begun!! It's an honour to serve!!

We will be organising various activities to raise funds, which include our community luncheon on a Wednesday at Community House Bromley, M2C Worship Nights, Sponsored Walk and our annual Easter Conference.

Please help us to keep making a difference!!
