Holiday Blessing Bags 2020

Benn Good is teaming up with local grocery stores to deliver Holiday Blessing Bags to 50 families across Los Angeles. Blessing Bags include a fully prepared, ready-to-eat, nutritious, delicious, organic meals delivered to the recipient’s door by one of our volunteers.

Holiday Blessing Bag recipients were referred to Benn Good by a network of non-profit organizations, personal contacts, LAUSD schools, community centers, and faith organizations with the recipient being identified as an important part of the community.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Adopt a family or two by donating $65 per family. We will prepare a bag in your name and deliver to the recipient.


2. Volunteer to deliver a Blessing Bag to a family. We will provide name and address of recipient.



3. Create a Holiday Blessing Bag with a note, and one of our volunteers will pick up the bag and deliver it to a family.

Recipients receive a brown paper bag filled with a prepared meal valued at $65, and a personal note from the person who donated the meal or packed the bag.

Each Holiday Blessing Bag is assembled and paid for by a volunteer. Each blessing feeds a family of four.


We do our best to source non- GMO, organic, locally produced, gluten-free, religious and dietary restricted foods, so no matter the situation of our neighbor, they know we have thought about them.

BOTTLED WATER & 100% FRUIT JUICE SPRITZER: $10
READY MADE SALAD WITH DRESSING: $10
CHIPS, MIXED-NUTS, POPCORN, OR PRE-MEAL SNACK: $10
DESSERT: $10
